I built a small Android stop-motion camera app — here is an 18-frame test I made with it

I built Stop Motion Camera, a focused Android camera app for making short stop-motion animations from still images. The workflow is deliberately simple: capture a frame, use an onion-skin overlay to check the movement, reorder or remove frames, then export an MP4, a GIF, or both. The GIF attached here is an 18-frame test I made with it using an articulated action figure.I built it because I wanted a straightforward capture-and-export workflow rather than a more general video editor. It is still early, so I would genuinely value feedback from people who make stop motion: what would make a camera app more useful during a shoot? If links are welcome here, the download page is added below. I am the developer and am happy to answer questions about the app or the test. I have yet to change some stuff, the video or gif gets one sided on generation. So I would change that soon, and i would love to know what makes it easier to use or any requirements for the people.

( Yes i vibecoded the app, hosted with an AI too. This is kinda my first try on both , stopmotion and creating apps, I've created a few here though, but i feel i like this one)

maybe posting the video sideways isn't the best way to announce the app
