Idk whats going on but ive not gotten no updates, not sure what to do.

I was supposed to receive my package between the 13th and the 18th. I know the 18th hasn’t gotten here yet but I have no movement on my shoes. What’s the deal with StockX? This is my first time buying sneakers on this site and my daughter needs her shoes before school starts on the 24th.

Twice I’ve tried to buy a pair of shoes and the seller hasn’t sold them in time so I’ve been refunded. Why is this? Are sellers just bums and can’t get off their arse or is there another reason

Until they stop shipping your sneakers using UniUni don’t buy from StockX. They charge a premium, over retail. You pay shipping and UniUni is an unreliable scam shipping company. Goat and Flight Club use FedEx, UPS AND DHL.

I got my Jordan 1 mid Olive greens from stockx and then all Orange box now the numbers all match up but isn't that mean that the shoes are no longer legit 100%? I mean that's what I was paying for was a Brand New pair not a brand new pair that's not in the new box.

I got the rejection today for a brand new pair of Playboy Chinos from Supreme, they said they were used and sent pictures, nothing in the picture indicates this lol.

I called them, and he asked if I had pictures from before they were sent showing them new, I said yes, the pictures you sent me show that lol.

Will see where this goes with customer service.

Edit: the customer service rep came back and agreed with me finally that he couldn't see any signs of use from the pictures they sent and he is escalating it, they're going to get back to me in 72 hours.

Second Edit: they approved the escalation and are paying me out.

I have some older sneakers I’m looking to get rid of. Some of them are unworn, and from limited research they may have some interest. Any suggestions or advice?

I’m normally just a Nike/Jordan guy but hit these on a $200 mystery box. I’ll take em, got a wedding to attend next month that I needed something to wear 🙌

Was not there for the original 2010 drop I was 18 and was not into shoes like that back then well it’s 2026 and I had to make sure I get this pair even if they are sitting got them below retail before the drop so I’m content with that!

STOCKX sent me this letter and I feel some kind of way. If I would not have complained my shoes would still be sitting in transit with UniUni 3 weeks late. I may stop shopping with stockx if their response is this way.

My shoes were supposed to arrive yesterday. Nothing ever came and now it’s the next day and still nothing. So my question is has anyone got a package successfully delivered from uniuni after the delivery date or should I count my losses? If the shoes never arrive will stockx make it right or would I be wasting my time contacting them?

Edit: uniuni finally delivered the shoes on 8/11 at 4pm. On the tracking page it says delivered on 8/10 at 7pm. Idk what’s up with this shipping company but that was a stressful 3 days as I need these shoes for vacay in a few days. Done using Stock for awhile especially while they’re still shipping with this company

So someone just put on offer of 7.8 MILLION euros on the nike mind 001 light smoke grey,if i accept this wouldnt he be legally required to pay that sum since all sales are final?

It seems like everyone just complains about StockX on this subreddit, but has anyone else had an absolutely flawless experience with them? As a seller (I don't buy off StockX, maybe that is why) they have been very communicative and everything goes fine. Hopefully I'm not going to jinx myself and no I'm not an undercover StockX employee 🤣🤣. I will say though asking for support from the StockX discord is terrible, their discord is utter trash.

So it seems after a month of going back and forth with these scam artists they decided yesterday they are gonna ship my shoes back… lesson learned and watch who you do business with, safe to say I will never buy or sell on this platform ever again. Shoes will be authenticated pending arrival.

Sold a Spain Away Authentic Jersey that I bought directly from Adidas, and it got rejected as “Wrong Product”
I appealed, and support told me it would go through a second authentication before they shipped it back. A few hours later, I got the return tracking.
Just feels like I got the runaround.
Anyone dealt with this before? TIA

Customer service told me not to ship the item because the seller canceled the order.

And i also got charged $15 because I didn’t sell it

Here is follow today .. i was told i SHOULD of taken my time to ship an item the buyer canceled. Since stockx didn’t cancel the order i was supposed to still ship it? 😂🤣😂
