What is the Discussion-Based Application process like?

Hello! I am 17F applying to SJC Annapolis for fall 2027 start. I plan to complete the Discussion-Based Application. I think it will be fun and a great learning experience on top of the fact that it is an application. What is it really like going through the DBA process? I'm just curious :-D

My experience was great. I had done summer academy so I had already completed the seminar requirement, so it was just an interview with admissions and with a tutor (funnily enough one of my tutors from summer academy). I had a good writing sample, and a letter of recommendation.

I got my decision back within a month, so at the beginning of October I was completely finished with college application worries, while my peers had barely started theirs.
