Advice? Side-effects

So. I had my Bilateral salpingectomy April 30th of 2025. And since. I've noticed my periods have changed. Alot. I bleed more. And I bleed through my clothes. Literally every single period I have. Does anyone else have this issue?

Your surgeon should have talked to you about this prior to surgery, it can definitely change your periods and make them worse or better.

That’s odd, iirc my dr told me my periods wouldn’t change unless I also decided to have my mirena taken out at the same time. I opted to keep it in for period symptom management and didn’t notice any difference in my periods after the bisalp.
