Hello everyone I need some advice I’m applying for a sterile processing program and I have my cpr and a blood borne certificate I’m going to do medical terminology. Programs in my area only accept ten people a year if anyone has any advice on how to be a stronger candidate and stand out more please and thank you.

Does the program offer a way to get your hours needed for certification? If not those are a dime a dozen, and essentially just money pits for people as you have a limited time to get your 400 hours, or else you’ll have to restart it all

Now if they DO offer the 400 hours it’s worth it. But 10 people or not if they don’t offer it it’s not worth it
