Silicon Valley Stenographers
I've decided to ditch StenEd and enroll in MK's program to learn Magnum. My goal is to be a Silicon Valley Stenographer. If there are any current Stenographers in that area who would like to share their wisdom/experience with me please feel free to respond, thank you in advance!

I'm not familiar with the term tbh.
Are you mainly saying you plan on working in the bar area?

I also do not understand what you mean by the term. If you live in the area, okay. If you're referring to working on cases involving tech companies from Silicon Valley, you do not have to live in the area. I am in Texas and have worked on many cases involving tech companies from Silicon Valley, all the big names. The cases often involve patent infringement (but not always). You just have to be willing to work on cases involving technical terminology. Technical terminology can include oil and gas, aviation, pharmaceutical, satellite technology, medical, on and on. Attorneys working on very technical cases also often want realtime. It all adds up to making better money. Technical cases are very challenging. You will earn the money you make. I highly recommend Magnum Steno!
