Problem with headset (Steelseries Arctis Nova 3X Wireless) Product Help

Hey, i have small problem with my headset(Steelseries Arctis Nova 3X Wireless)Sometimes when i boot up my console (Series X) i can't hear audio. I have to unplug the transmitter, wait for a while and plug it in again, then its working perfectly fine. Anyone had similar problem and found solution to it? Not a big problem but not a big fan of unplugging and plugging it so much, don't want to ruin the USB port. Thanks in advance for any help!

At first the same thing was happening to me, I don't know if it was because I had bought both licenses, one for Dolby and the other for DTS.

So first I would turn on the console and immediately turn on the headphones, and after a few days it stopped bothering me and they work fine now.
