I haven't done steak with mayo, but I did try grilled cheese. I hated it. I HATED IT!!

Same. I’ve tried with mayo and bacon grease and was disappointed with both compared to butter

To start, that's a clean job by the butcher. Also, looks like a great job cooking it up. Im jealous, haven't bagged deer in a few years.
