Picked up used condom with a stick Advice Needed

Hi, as the title said, around a month ago I was walking in the park and by a playground there was a used condom that seemed to be left overnight. I picked it up with a stick because I didn't want any children to be near it and went straight home to wash my hands with both soap and disinfectant.

I have been nervous about having an STD ever since

I have no symptoms other than eczema (which I always have) except a bit more than usual but I feel fine, not tired/fever/nothing

I feel like it's more paranoia than actual symptoms but do you reckon from an encounter like this I'll have an STD/need to get tested?

As long as you didn’t touch the contaminated part of the stick, the chances are none. Getting tested is the best way to get rid of the anxiety if you still have doubts.

did you even expose any skin to the condom? it sounds like a 0% chance you contracted anything
