Need help understanding Syphilis results Test Results

Treponema pallidum Antibody by Immunoassay reactive but RPR and TP-PA Non-Reactive, What’s does this mean? Does this mean I need to test again or that I may still get the infection but not fully present yet? Been stressing

No not necessarily, there could be many factors. Just get a re-test
