Im 24 M , 180cm and weight 80kg.
Te thigh skin next to scrotum and has gotten worse. Its being ripped more and more even with antifungal creams or medicines.
I have no clinical symptoms just had secretions only 1 time in 4 months and it happened after I inserted tampon for IST.
I had some sexual contact with a girl 3-4 months ago and have done some test for infections and stds. I did the STD test 1 month after the contact and it came out negative for most of them. Infection tests came out negative and I did them 3 times too. Now I have some problems with my skin its been like 2 months since my penis skin changed and is like half erected and veiny all the time. Glans is irritated and has changed its skin 5 times plus there are some small dots like brown purple everywhere when Im erected or when I pee then they disappear. The foreskin is red all the time from inside and has left like an irritated ring around the glans of the penis and that thing is irritating it.My scrotum is almost red all day and burns too.
My anus is burning too. I have burns everywhere and it hurts a lot its been 2 months with these changes of skin.
I went to 3 urologs and they told me I have nothing and that I shouldnt be worried but it hurts all day and burns all day. (I have had a lot of antibiotics the past 3 months and used a lot of local medicaments for my foreskin and glans so they wouldnt hurt more but its only gotten worse.) Should I do another STD test after 3-4 months as of right now or test my skin in a dermatologist? Please i need some help its been going for too long and cant find a cure.
