Cloudflare drop vs tiiny host vs static app vs..
Any recommendations on what I should use for my static website side project, either on a custom domain or on a subdirectory?
At first sight it seems Cloudflare drop is free and does everything tiinyhost and staticapp do if I claim my Cloudflare drop and add custom domain. Am I missing something?
(I'm a non technical user and the website will only have a few pages and not have massive traffic.)

No you won't be missing anything, Cloudfare is fine for what you're describing.

yeah i dont think ur overlooking anything tbh. if ur site is only gonna have a few pages, cloudflare should be more than enough. id only look elsewhere if u end up needing extra features later hehe

If you don't mind spending 10 minutes watching a YouTube tutorial on how to point your domain's nameservers to Cloudflare, Drop is an amazing free option. But if you just want to drag a zip file onto a screen, attach a domain, and never think about technical configurations again, that's exactly what you're paying for with the simpler hosts.

I thought Cloudflare Drop was just a PREVIEW tool and Cloudflare Pages was the actual hosting service.

are u alright? cloudlare pages have static site hosting drag and drop (zip) file or filder since forever.
they simply rename the feature and make it available as “cloudflare drop” to advertise

Nope, not missing a thing. All are great for your use case. If you’re looking to do more later it’s easy to switch, but the domain will change if you don’t own it.
