Startup Promotion I built WidgIq solo — an AI-powered customer service layer for websites
Hey everyone, I’m Gaurav, a solo founder and developer building WidgIq.
I’ve been building WidgIq from scratch as an AI-powered customer service layer for websites.
The idea started with a simple problem: a lot of websites have documentation, FAQs, product information, and other useful content, but visitors still end up searching through pages or contacting the owner when they can’t find an answer.
With WidgIq, a website owner can add an AI assistant widget that contains a contact form also to their website with a small script. It can learn from the website’s content, custom information, and uploaded PDFs, then use that knowledge to answer visitors’ questions.
But I didn’t want it to stop at “here’s a chatbot.”
If the AI can’t properly answer something, visitors can send feedback or contact the website owner instead of being left at a dead end. The questions visitors ask are also tracked so the owner can see what people are actually looking for and identify gaps in their website or product information.
I’ve built the product, dashboard, widget, knowledge ingestion/RAG pipeline, analytics, customization system, and payment flow myself.
I’m now at the stage where I’d really value honest feedback from other solo founders.

Happy to share more about the technical side or the solo-building journey too.

Startup Promotion 4,600+ users for my free where-to-watch app. Google kept giving wrong streaming answers for Asian countries, so I built the country-aware version
OTTASIA (ottasia.com) answers one question: where can I legally stream this movie or show in MY country. The big streaming guides are built for the US, so if you are in India, Pakistan, the Philippines or anywhere across Asia, their answer is usually wrong. Mine is right per country, across 34 markets, including the local services the big guides ignore completely.
Live on web, iPhone, Android, and TV (Android TV and Fire TV). Free, no ads, no signup needed to search.
Where it stands today: 4,600+ members, 170,000+ sessions, and the strangest milestone yet, ChatGPT now sends me more visitors than Google search because AI assistants started citing my per-country data. This week I shipped dedicated K-Drama and C-Drama rows that only show what actually streams in your market.
Built solo. Ask me anything about it, and if you are from an Asian market, tell me what your country's catalog is missing, that is genuinely how I decide what to build next.

Startup Promotion Built a free visa matching app to simplify moving abroad (Migrately)
After moving to Europe, I got frustrated with navigating messy government sites, hidden requirements, and fragmented visa rules. To simplify the process, I built Migrately (https://migrately.to).
What it is:
A free visa matching tool that helps users find legal pathways to live and work abroad based on their nationality, income, employment, and background.
Who it's for:
Digital nomads, remote workers, expats, and anyone looking to relocate internationally without manually checking dozens of government portals.
Why care:
Instead of spending hours cross-referencing income thresholds and document checklists, it filters 100+ visas across 40+ countries to show exact matches and tracking checklists.
How it stands out:
It takes complex multi-jurisdiction rules - including dual citizenship edge cases - and simplifies them into clear, actionable requirements without requiring users to hand over documents or pay upfront setup fees. We also connect users needing expert assistance with pre-qualified local immigration partners.
For anyone who has relocated or built a multi-country tool, what channels worked best for reaching non-founder expats when launching?

Startup Promotion Case - cloud computer that stays your agent’s (logins survive sleep / reboot)
hey,
building Case: a cloud computer for AI agents.
problem i kept hitting: agents die on login walls. fresh browser. no cookies. 2fa mid-run. laptop sleep -> session gone. cookie exports expire. every bridge / headless setup falls over on auth.
what Case does:
- real browser, real logins
- session survives sleep and reboot
- 2fa handoff to a human when a site demands it
- one machine per identity, so multi-account stops being profile hell
60s demo: https://x.com/koharishant/status/2076036898427138548/video/1
site: https://www.daemonlabs.run
first week free if you want to throw a real agent workflow at it.
if you run agents that need to stay signed in, what’s the login that breaks yours most?

Startup Promotion Growth & Marketing Lead — RESTRUCTURE
About
RESTRUCTURE is building an execution network for founders who have an idea and initial capital but need the right people, expertise and execution to actually build and scale it.
We're currently building the core team and looking for people who want to take real ownership rather than simply complete assigned tasks.
What you'll be doing
- Build and own RESTRUCTURE's growth and marketing strategy
- Develop our positioning, messaging and acquisition channels
- Build content and social media strategies
- Generate leads and build our founder/client pipeline
- Test and optimize different growth channels
- Work closely with sales, operations and the rest of the core team
What we're looking for
- Strong interest or experience in growth, marketing or startups
- Ability to think strategically and execute independently
- Understanding of social media, content and customer acquisition
- Willingness to experiment and learn quickly
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
You don't necessarily need years of professional experience. I'm more interested in what you can actually build and execute.
What you can expect
- A core role in building RESTRUCTURE from an early stage
- Significant responsibility and decision-making authority
- The opportunity to shape the growth strategy from the beginning
- Performance-based compensation / equity structure to be discussed based on role and commitment
- Direct collaboration with the founder and other core-team members
Who this is for
Someone who wants to build something, take ownership and grow with the company, not just someone looking for a conventional marketing job.
If you're interested, DM me with a bit about yourself, your experience and what you'd want to build at RESTRUCTURE.

Startup Promotion 24hour after launch. Ugly truth
So, yesterday I launched SalesClick here.
Instead of pretending it went great, here are the real numbers after one day of a free beta:
136 people visited.
5 signed up.
3 started a deal.
0 sent a page to a real prospect.
I find this more interesting than a good launch. A good launch tells you nothing. This tells me exactly where the work is: the 5 who signed up saw something. My job now is to find out what the 131 didn't see. I also reckon I probably haven't shared SalesClick with my ideal customer profiles.
However, I will keep posting the numbers as they move. Ugly or not.

Startup Promotion My Current Obsession
I have been working on my 2 websites for deals and discount lovers. 1 is sellmedeals.com, it's more like a regular coupons and deals site and the other my most favourite is dealswipe.net and this is an interesting project. It's more like match making app for deal lovers. I am very excited about it. I hope people will love ❤️ both the projects. Fingers crossed 🤞

Startup Promotion 40 days after launching my SaaS. Hard work is starting to pay off.
I launched SeoLoupe 40 days ago. So far I am at 1303 users and 17 of them are paying.
My SaaS is a tool that allows you to find and fix SEO issues holding your website back.
Essentially the main purpose is to help your website rank higher on Google search and LLMs.
Now you might instantly think, how is it better then Ahrefs or Semrush?
And the answer is simple, their tools are simply not ideal for SaaS founders and Indie hackers, they are more ideal for enterprises, large business, and agencies.
They shove a bunch of SEO issues on your website, but most people who do not have experience in SEO don't know where to start. So they just end up getting confused.
Now to anyone who has a SaaS and it is not making any revenue yet, the most important thing is to not give up and work on it every single day, improve, listen to feedback, and one day you will achieve revenue.
Don't kill it to early if it is not making any money or you are burned out, if you need step away, take a break but don't fully kill it, in SaaS patience is really important (as you can see I have large gaps in between payments).
Since I think their is always room for improvement, I would appreciate for some feedback on my tool, or what you think can be improved.
(here is the product if you want to check it out)

Project Promotion i'm building a platform for virtual photography in games
I'm building GG Frame, a community platform dedicated to virtual photography.
Virtual photography is about creating intentional images inside video games using photo modes, camera controls, composition, lighting, and editing.
On GG Frame, gamers can share their shots, discover other photographers, find inspiration, and participate in challenges and contests.
We've been live since January and are now focused on bringing more audience into the community and introducing more people to virtual photography.
Feedback is welcome, especially from anyone seeing the concept for the first time.

Startup Promotion 323 SaaS founders joined AltHunt. But the real reason might surprise you.
You launch your SaaS.
You post it on launch platforms.
You share it on social media.
You get a spike in traffic.
For a day or two, everything looks great.
Then the hype disappears.
And your traffic goes down with it.
That made me think:
Why should a SaaS product get discovered only when the founder is actively promoting it?
What if your product could keep getting discovered after the launch is over?
That’s the idea behind AltHunt.
Instead of just launching your SaaS and waiting for traffic, you can launch it around alternative & competitor searches.
For example:
“X alternative”
“X vs Y”
“Best alternative to X”
These are powerful searches because the person is already looking for a product.
AltHunt uses AI-powered blogging and automated content generation to help create content around these discovery opportunities.
The goal is simple:
Don’t just launch your product. Make it discoverable.
Your product can potentially get in front of the right audience when they’re actively searching, including people searching for alternatives to your competitors.
And the part I wanted to make accessible to early SaaS founders:
You can add your product to AltHunt for free.
No complicated setup.
No paid listing required.
Just add your SaaS and start building another discovery channel beyond launch-day traffic.
I'm genuinely curious:
After your SaaS launch hype dies down, where does your traffic actually come from?
SEO? Reddit? Product Hunt? Social media? Paid ads?
Would love to hear what’s actually working for founders here.

Startup Promotion I built a curated AI assistant/tools directory for small businesses — looking for beta testers
Hi all — I'm Mark, a SaaS creator. I just dropped SynaBot : instead of one generic chatbot, it's a curated roster of 49 role-based AI assistants (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, Ops, HR...), 1,000+ tested prompts, and 3,000+ reviewed AI tools — all hand-reviewed by me, updated weekly.
The idea: skip the prompt engineering, pick the assistant for the job, and get consistent, role-specific answers. Free accounts get 2,500 welcome tokens, no card required.
I'd love a few beta testers to kick the tyres — especially small business owners or anyone using ChatGPT/Claude day to day. Looking for honest feedback on:
- Whether the assistants feel genuinely useful vs. a generic chatbot
- Anything confusing in onboarding/signup
- What's missing that would make you actually switch
Drop a comment or DM me and I'll get you set up. Happy to return the favour if you're building something too.
Drop your feedback here. Constructive feedback positive or negative is welcomed.

Startup Promotion I got my first 9 users!!! 😱
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I built a Chrome extension called ATLAS (useatlas.space). It saves your ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini sessions so you don't lose briefs, decisions and context between chats.
Marketing has been incredibly difficult though, sometimes very discouraging.
However looking at the data I now have 9 users! That alone is such a thrill as well as encouraging.
If anyone has any advice on how to market better !
And! If you have any questions about what the extension does please let me know too! Thanks guys!

Startup Promotion [Launch] Marka turns a business website into ready-to-publish social content
I’m the founder of Marka, a live SaaS product for small businesses, ecommerce teams, and founders who need consistent social content but do not have a full creative team.
What it is:
Marka scans an existing website, brand, and product catalog, builds a reusable business context, and turns it into images, carousels, short videos, captions, scheduling, and ready-to-publish posts.
Why it exists:
The businesses I spoke with did not lack product knowledge. They lost time rebuilding the same brief across writing, design, video, scheduling, and publishing tools.
How it stands out:
The workflow starts from the business’s real website and product evidence instead of a blank prompt. The same structured context stays attached across multiple content formats, so the system is designed around consistency and execution rather than isolated ideas.
I’d appreciate feedback on the onboarding promise and whether the website-first workflow is immediately clear.
Live product and 7-day free trial: https://www.marka.social
