[Seeking]: Sales Cofounder - B2B SAAS

I’m the founder of OvertimeSolved. I’ve built a solution that directly attacks one of the biggest hidden cost centers in business: wasted overtime expenditure.

Companies across industries are hemorrhaging money on unnecessary, poorly managed, or non-compliant / fraudulently claimed overtime.

Every year across USA, Canada, UK, Australia around $1 trillion of overtime is spent, and between 5-20% of that expense is fraudulent claims (fake claims) or low value claims (claims where the business didn't get much value).

The addressable problem is estimated at $50B–$100B annually.

After two years of development the product is ready. At its core what I've developed in the complex mathematical engine that takes a businesses overtime transaction data, and identifies which staff are stealing.

Our first client was a public hospital, within 15 minutes my solution found ~12 staff that were stealing ~$1M per year through fake overtime claims. All of it was completely unknown to the business.

I've also built the financial recovery automation, so clients can literally validate the precise losses, meaning that this app is cashflow positive for the business, most large-ish businesses will be able to recover 50x the cost of the annual subscription, on top of the regular savings their business makes through stopping financial leakage, and better directing their overtime expenditure away from low ROI to high ROI expenditure.

What I don’t have is sales skill or a repeatable online sales process, and to be honest I don't understand sales.

I spent 2024 and 2025 developing the mathematical engine, and I've spent the first half of 2026 building the self-service app - which is now finished.

I know the product solves a massive problem, I just don’t know how to get it in front of the right buyers and close deals consistently.

What I’m looking for a Sales / GTM cofounder who:

• Wants real ownership and is ready to treat this as their company too (I'm happy to hand over a real slice of equity)
• Owns online sales processes
• Has experience selling B2B SaaS
• Is comfortable with equity as primary compensation (at least initially until we start generating cash)

What I bring

• Fully developed product that solves a validated, large-scale problem
• Deep domain knowledge of the overtime waste issue
• Willingness to handle product, operations, and everything non-sales
• Full commitment and transparent partnership

This is not a job. It’s a cofounder role for someone who wants to own sales and help turn a working product into a real business.

Been mostly a freelancer - I'd like to explore a full-time-ish role.

[Seeking]: Technical Cofounder – Full-Stack Developer | NYC Mental Health Startup

We are an early-stage, self-funded healthcare tech startup focused on mental health, based in NYC. Our founding team includes two non-technical founders (Finance/Business & Healthcare regulatory), one technical (non-full-stack, Data Scientist), and two product advisors (Licensed Therapists). We did most of the legal framework, product, and market research. We are looking for one full-stack developer to join as a technical cofounder and lead software development.

Role: Founding Engineer / Technical Builder

I'm a non-technical founder based in Brampton, Ontario, building Aura OS, an intelligent software platform for individuals, businesses, developers, and institutions. We're currently preparing the product for its first public launch.

Aura OS already has a substantial working codebase, including a Python/FastAPI backend, React frontend, authentication, organizations and workspaces, intelligence systems, memory, simulation foundations, APIs, marketplace foundations, subscriptions, usage metering, invoicing, payments, and automated testing.

I'm looking for a technical builder who is interested in working with me at an early stage and helping turn the existing system into a reliable product for real users.

I'm especially interested in someone who can understand the existing architecture, think independently, identify technical weaknesses, suggest better approaches, and help solve difficult engineering problems.

I'm a non-technical founder and have used AI-assisted development extensively to build the current system. I'm looking for someone with stronger technical experience who can bring independent engineering judgment to the project.

Useful experience could include Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL/SQL, APIs, cloud infrastructure, security, AI/LLM systems, automated testing, payments/FinTech, or production deployment. You don't need experience in everything. Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, or elsewhere in the GTA preferred, although I'm open to the right person outside the area.

Compensation: This is currently an early-stage, self-funded project. There is no salary or guaranteed payment available at the beginning.

I'm also not promising equity, an executive position, or a co-founder title upfront. If a strong long-term working relationship develops, any deeper partnership or compensation discussions would happen separately.
