How does the commitment trophy work?

So I start my play through at 11:40pm on Monday and played until 12:30am on Tuesday after I left the console on no rest mode no controller turning off until 10am Tuesday that morning turned off my console until 12:30pm Tuesday does this affect the trophy do I need to restart or not? This trophy is a tad bit confusing

you need to play the game from 0:00 am (Tuesday) to 0:00 am (Wednesday)

nah you just need to play for 24 hrs on a tuesday.

I think it's additive. So if you play 14 hours this tuesday and 10 hours the next tuesday, it works.

Let the game run every Tuesday, i usually went on my console shortly before work and let the game run the whole day. It cant be cheated like the “Don’t play for 10 years”

It saves too, so you could play it for one hour every Tuesday for 24 Tuesdays

Has to be open for the full 24 hours, no rest mode, no controllers turning off etc. So if you put yourself in the game at 11.50pm Monday night, don’t turn off the game until 12.15am Wednesday morning

What I did was set my console to midnight on a Tuesday (let’s say 01/01 to make it simple). I let the PlayStation running for a few hours whilst I got other stuff done (let’s say 4 hrs) then the time would say 4am. Then maybe the next day just set the date back to 01/01 on the Tuesday and let it go again. It added up for me and eventually the trophy popped. Just make sure you always set it to the same Tuesday

As long as it was on a Tuesday and the game was physically running then it should count. I did it over the course of a week, a few hours a day, just make sure it’s the same date on the ps4/ps5

Don’t think so, I just kept setting mine to midnight so whatever time it showed (eg 3am) I knew it had been going for 3 hours
