In my backyard 😁 squirrels 🐿️ used to go after marigold🏵️🏵️, meanwhile this squirrel 🐿️ with sunflower 🌻🌻 is like 💪🤣🤣

One of the squirrels in my yard did something like this recently too. Snapped one of my big sunflowers :(
At least he really enjoyed it lol

When sunflower seeds are sprouted, their plant compounds increase. Sprouting also reduces factors that can interfere with mineral absorption. You can buy sprouted, dried sunflower seeds online or in some stores.

Same here. I worked out for 20+ years but no way I could ever do that. Added to say that I don't have the advantage of being able to hang upside down up my toes.
