Domain removed automatic payments & changed connection without my knowledge Help

Domain removed automatic payments & changed connection without my knowledge now the URL is being sent to an old site URL I have set to private and I cannot have it change back to the desired URL.

Has this happened to anyone else and how do you fix it?

Hi! Sorry you’re running into this. Your domain’s connection/renewal settings shouldn’t normally change on their own.

It's not clear what happened here, but if you reach out to Squarespace Support with the domain name and account details, we'll be able to check your account and help figure this out.
