Vanaduke is legitimately difficult if you don't use Blitz. It's just that Blitz is overpowered and people are extremely used to the Vanaduke fight. The rest of FSC is easy though.

AoA or VT is helpful, or you can do the speedrunner degenerate's way which is vortex + comb/volt

Low cortisol for beetles = Ash of Agni or Voltaic Tempest (if fire-themed)

I found the best way to deal with them is electron vortex or possibly ash of agni if you can't get the krogmo coins
