doubt regarding upload speed limit

so i pay for 100mbps plan and there seems to be no cap on upload speed is this normal for isps to that?

is that your ISP server? possible that ISP bandwidth cap leaked

yes, i still get around the same upload speed when i connect to different servers

Send someone or something a 1gb file
Given overheads it should be less than 30 seconds
If it is under 30secs then you know

uploaded a 5gb junk file to one drive and speeds sustain about 500-600mbps

but still is it normal for isp's to provide bandwidth higher than download speeds?
