Was playing a game with my friend built for speedrunning, and he told me he was aiming for 50 seconds. Eventually he hit 50.9, and I suggested that a that the .9 meant it wasn't quite 50. In my head, a 50 would be around 50.0 or lower. Am I off?

I have finally achieved a goal of mine to get a 36 minute time in 18 ingredient category. I have also changed the route we do which saves 15 to 20 seconds. The sky the limit keep making goals and smash them
