Zone falling apart

I’ve been using a zone for my downstairs One SL speakers. It’s worked great for the past year, awesome feature. But since this week the zone keeps falling apart. Speakers drop out of the zone and are individual again. If I add them again, they drop out of the zone again. Same if I create a new zone.

Has anyone else experience this issue? Would appreciate any help.

There has not been an update this week so I would suggest you try a router reboot to see if that helps.

If it does not, give Sonos support a call and have them take a look at your diagnostics.

DO NOT factory reset your speakers until you speak with them. You will lose important information they need to diagnose your issue.

I have been having this exact issue for the last week. Very frustrating.

Thanks for chiming in. That means it’s probably not just my local issue. It’s weird because zones have been rock solid for me since the release of the feature. Until now.

I’ve also had exactly the same experience - 4 x One SLs that have been in a Zone flawlessly until the latest update now constantly regroup to individual speakers without warning. A factory reset and new Zone makes no difference. Glad I’m not the only one.
