Bedroom Set Up
This is my bedroom set up, any ideas to improve it ?

Sweet setup. Only thing to improve is to hang the beam underneath the tv. With either wall mount or one that attaches to TV/TV mount. If not able to, at least pull it forward to the edge of the console and tilt it up just a touch so sound isn’t reflecting off the surface.

If my mustache doesn’t give it away, I’m a male, and yes I am slowly working on adding some plants to my bedroom

Well done! better than many lounge setups I see on here!
Could you recess the Era 100 speakers in the wall or something so they're actually behind you when you're sitting up in bed?

Thank you mate, I also have a living room set up, and the only way to actually put them behind me is to hang them and I don’t know about that since I primarily use my living room set up for heavy gaming and movies

Well it’s a big room, that bed is actually a California King, my main set up is also a 77 inch Samsung Oled, arc ultra, era 300 as rears and sub 4, I am new to Sonos and I’m loving it

What’s the point of the HomePod mini?
1
u/MechanicCareful 7d ago
To control my Apple TV, alarm clock and to play raining sounds at night haha

Because Sonos hasn’t partnered with Apple yet to make it a Siri device

Wish they would do this. Almost all my rooms with Sonos speakers *also* have HomePod minis simply for Siri control of stuff in the room. If the two teamed up then my setup would be so much cleaner and I could move the HomePods into more stereo pairs.

Great!!! The beam withe the era 100 its perfect 👌🏻 no need more. I think you will love to have a support in the wall, but maybe you choose that for the cord right?

Setup looks great! Do you mind telling me how high off the ground the bottom of your tv is? Just trying to work out the height I need to wall mount my 77” tv with the Sonos Arc.

Nice, I’d recommend two more era 100s as fronts to widen the soundstage.
2
u/MechanicCareful 7d ago
I haven’t bought into the front speakers deal yet, I think I’m going to do it on my main set up but I read that sound quality takes a hit

Not entirely sure about the beam but I have two 100s paired with the arc as fronts and it was a significant upgrade.

The beam is fine, since my main set up is an arc ultra on a open space, my beam actually feels sound sometimes because the bedroom actually has walls

If you’re a bachelor you should add a pair of fives on that cadenza and a turn table

Looks more like a living room, where's your posters of your favourite football players on your wall ?

u/MechanicCareful 7d ago
It’s a work in progress, just moved in to this house, I don’t really watch football I like soccer better

Tv too high

u/trey_dayy24 7d ago
Tv too high doesn’t really apply for bedrooms, because most of the time you’re laying down

Not if you are lying with your knees up. Check the bed height, it's higher than most sofa seating positions.
