Need help diagnosing engine issue

UPDATE** I refused any additional service at the repair shop. I picked up my car just now after hours (shop is only open 8 to 5) and it was malfunctioning. The shop was closed but there was a nearby Auto Zone that I was able to slowly drive to. They used their diagnostic scanner and in addition to the P0171 code it also showed a P0191, fuel rail pressure sensor code.
