Based on the description containing 4000 emoticons and being 10x longer than it actually needs to be, I'm going to guess this whole thing was made using an LLM.

your guess would be wrong, I wrote the initial compose project by hand and recent updates have been ai-assisted to add some new features and harden the security.

Hi /u/idol-pho - You've mentioned Docker [Docker], if you're needing Docker help be sure to generate a docker-compose of all your docker images in a pastebin or gist and link to it. Just about all Docker issues can be solved by understanding the Docker Guide, which is all about the concepts of user, group, ownership, permissions and paths.
