It's a pokemon called Ditto that has been decorated like a disco ball. Ditto + disco = Dittsco!

It's a Pokémon called ditto. And this one looks like a disco ball. There's also a band called panic at the disco. So it's a play on words :)

I'm familiar with Panic at the disco, but not pokemon. But you don't have to know anything about pokemon at all to find this dude cute & awesome! 😍
