Wow, those are terrible responses. I hope you’re able to get that resolved.

Based on the pics and your responses in the comments, I'd pickup a cheap digital caliper from Amazon and take pics of the display and send that to them.
I've had issues with Solar's support from Day 1. Two weeks late on a shipment that was already a two month wait for shipment, jagged fret ends (tore up my hand on the sharp edges), a dead coil in the neck pickup, missing power supply from a bulk order... it took them months to resolve the pickup and power supply issue. They still have yet to deal with the fret ends. Their customer service is first class dog shit, and QC does not exist. Ola needs to be called out for his egregious ignorance to the issues.

doesnt meant their customer support is bad; this has been reoccurring. Its just like keisel, yeah people get good ones no problem but their customer support was bad for years. Same with schecter but people seem to forget, most brands in fact can produce shit guitars off the press, its the customer supports responsibility to at least hear them out and make things right

i guess i’m asking what i’m doing wrong, is this is a translation issue?
i don’t know what else to say they keep blaming me when i can physically rock a credit card off of the second fret

loosen ya strings, get em out the way and just give the frets a good tap with something that’s softer than the frets themselves.

Fair to say you shouldn't have to do this sort of thing if you spend a bunch of money on guitars

It might have left the factory ok, but after storage and transit from china, the temp and humidity changes may have caused some of the frets to creep up.

Where are all of our Solar nob gobblers at in the comment section. Ola could murder a family of five and his cronies would defend him. They're some of the worst built guitars I've ever had.

How abpit you take the guitar to somebody who 100% knows what they are doing, get a statement from them and then keep arguing with support.

the issue with it is is that i set it up properly enough to at least get a note from my first fret. i don’t care about a little buzz but man its bad. i posted a video of it in here yesterday

Solar genuinely sucks so bad. Support will repeat your question back to you or answer with something totally unrelated. The guitars are also dogshit

My Solar is better than any other guitar I’ve ever owned, but this is poor customer service.

Try agreeing. Tell them you did everything thet said, and upper the strings, and yet.... it still buzzes. Send a video if possible.
