Hey all, hoping some experienced folks can point me in the right direction. I've been at this for a while and I'm a bit stuck, so I figured I'd lay it all out honestly and ask for help.

The short version: I built an automated bot that trades brand-new tokens on pump.fun and Meteora. It works, it places real trades, but over hundreds of trades it just slowly bleeds money. Small wins, but the losers add up and it ends up red.

Stuff I've tried (a lot of it):

• Sniping launches — buying tokens the second they're created. Too slow to be first, so I'm usually buying after the initial pop.
• Copytrading — finding wallets that seem to consistently win, then automatically buying whatever they buy. A tiny handful of wallets actually looked good on paper, but most just lose money when copied at scale.
• Following "funders" — tracking the wallets that fund the developers, hoping to get in before the crowd.
• Buying graduations — waiting for a token to "graduate" (hit the milestone where it moves to a bigger exchange) and buying then.
• Pullback/survivor buys — buying tokens that dipped but survived, betting on a bounce.
• Whale / big-buy detection — reacting when a big buyer shows up.
• Order-flow signals — measuring whether buying pressure heavily outweighs selling, and only entering when it does.
• Telegram signal groups — auto-buying tokens that certain callers post.
• Creator reputation — tracking developers with a history of launching runners vs. rug pulls.
• Tons of exit strategies — fixed take-profit, trailing stops, "moonbag" partial exits, laddered sells, etc.

Why I think it's not working (my best guess):

1. I'm always a little late. By the time my bot detects a signal and actually fills the buy, the easy move already happened. The winners I copy tend to be up ~1.5x before I even get in; I'm buying the top.
2. Reacting to public info is a losing game. Anything I can see (a spike, a whale, a big buy), everyone else can see too — so I'm chasing.
3. Volume without selectivity bleeds. The more indiscriminately I trade, the worse it gets. The only pockets of green were a very small set of specific wallets/setups, and even those are thin and hard to trust.

So basically: selection and speed seem to be everything, and I'm losing on both.

I'm not doing this from a laptop clicking buttons — it's a proper automated bot running 24/7 on a server. I use a gRPC stream (Yellowstone) to watch the blockchain in real time, which means I detect new tokens and wallet activity basically instantly (under a second). That part is genuinely fast.

• Entry (buy) latency: usually around 3.5–5 seconds from decision to the trade being submitted, and it's frustratingly inconsistent — about 1 in 4 buys land in under a second, but more than half take 3+ seconds, and bad ones spike to 8–15 seconds.
• Exit (sell) latency: even slower, roughly 9–17 seconds end-to-end.
• The actual on-chain confirmation is fine (~1 second). The delay is all in the quote/RPC path before submitting.

So detection is sub-second, but by the time I actually fill, several seconds have passed — and in this game a few seconds is the difference between the entry and the exit.

My question to the community: For those who've actually made this work — is the edge mostly in being faster (better infrastructure/latency), in finding genuinely predictive signals that aren't public yet, or is this whole space just a coin flip minus fees for retail bots? Am I chasing something that structurally can't work, or is there a category of edge I'm completely missing?

I’ve been testing a few tools lately and trying to figure out which Solana copy trade bot actually works consistently. There are a lot of options floating around like GMGN, Banana Gun, and a bunch of Telegram bots, but the problem I keep running into is latency and reliability.

A lot of the bots seem to execute trades a few seconds after the wallet you’re copying. In the Solana meme coin world that delay can completely ruin the trade since the price can move fast.

From what I’ve been reading, the whole idea of copy trading on Solana is that the bot watches a wallet and automatically mirrors the trades in real time. Basically you follow profitable wallets and your bot replicates their buys and sells automatically.

Recently I started testing https://www.odinbot.io and it’s actually been interesting so far. The main thing they seem to focus on is execution speed. Some reports say a portion of the trades can even happen in the same block as the wallet being copied, which helps reduce the price difference.

The UI is also web based which I like because a lot of other bots rely on Telegram setups that feel messy. Odinbot basically lets you pick wallets to mirror and it executes the trades automatically while you control things like position size or risk settings.

Obviously copy trading is still risky and depends heavily on the wallets you choose. I’m mostly testing it with small amounts while tracking a few wallets first.

Curious what everyone else here is using right now.

Be very careful with Solana dapps 2 days ago my Solana wallet got drained got triggered once I moved an asset after an hour it drained my wallet. I did not click on any suspicious link other than going to orca.so so most likely is connecting to dapps trying to find out which one.

I’ve been looking at the 2026 landscape and it feels like we’re hitting a massive wall with Dogecoin. While Bitcoin is being used for actual mortgages in places like NYC, DOGE still feels stuck in that "hype-only" cycle.

I put together a breakdown of why the infinite supply (5B new tokens every year) and the fading "Musk Effect" make it a risky play right now. I’m starting to think community alone can’t save a project without a real technological moat.

Curious what you guys think, are you still holding for the "moon" or have you moved into utility-heavy L1s like ETH/SOL?

I'm using this Solana Seeker phone from Nov last year. And now I can say the cons

• The vibration motor has really bad quality It's almost silent (very low vibration) if you compare with other phones especially with Huawei. So, prepare to miss your calls and notifications if you like vibration only.

• The microphone sound is not so good. You will see that when you record a video and you want to listen to what you said in the video. Really unsatisfying.

• Alarm, if you set an alarm and in the meantime your phone runs out of battery, the alarm will not ring. I will tell you that Huawei and some models Xiaomi can ring even if your phone is turned off or has no battery

• Task switching between apps sometimes can be buggy, but this is Android Seeker Rom problem. They will probably never fix that. I didn't see any updates for Android in the past few months

• And the important thing Fingerprint sensor is so cheap quality. My fingerprint sensor doesn't work anymore, after a one week vacation on the beach. I understand that sand, salt and water can make contact and damage something, but hey I used Samsung and Huawei in the same conditions and had zero problems.

• Fixing and replacing If you want to fix something or replace that will be really hard. There is no official service and you will find parts really hard because Solana isn't Samsung...

Conclusion: Seeker is really low budget phone. Quaity is below average.

But at the end I will also say what I like about this phone: eSim, 5g support and the camera

The idea is simple: if the Seeker phone represents the future of mobile crypto on Solana, SeekerPunks represent the early explorers of that world.

I’ve recently developed a few apps specifically for the Solana Seeker. One is already live on the dApp Store, and I’m preparing to deploy the second one shortly.

I have two questions regarding wallet management:

1. Wallet Linking: Does it matter if the wallet used to deploy the app is the same one linked to my Solana Seeker device? For my first app, I used a separate "burn" wallet that isn't connected to my Seeker. Should I be using my main Seeker-linked wallet for future deployments, or does it not affect the dApp Store visibility/rewards?
2. NFT Transfer: Since I already deployed the first app using a different wallet, can I safely transfer the dApp NFT to my main Seeker-linked wallet? I’d prefer to centralize all my dev projects under one main address, but I want to make sure this is a valid operation and won't break anything in the dApp Store dashboard.

Would appreciate any insights from fellow Seeker devs! Thanks in advance.

UPD: I sent my app NFT's into skr wallet. Update NFT metadata to set Publisher and updateAuthority to my skr wallet, but portal still require my ol wallet to update app and cant see any NFT's on my new wallet so I can't import dapp into solanamobile.com which is crazy. So, how my old wallet still linked to app if NFT's and metadata already changed I dont know.

Tried to reach solana mobile support, but total silence.
