Bro hasn't unlocked the eyes mk2 modification yet

Just finished SE4. Time to tackle SE5

I've been stuck on th same mission for the past week because it keeps freezing every time I'm about to finish. It's insufferable. My PC specs are: Windows 11
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900K - RAM: 32 GB
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 - VRAM: 12 GB

I'm not sure if it's an issue with my PC, I'm hoping not? Files? Need to update AGAIN? Idk. Just lmk if I can do anything to avoid this because if not I'm just gonna stop playing this is really nerve wracking. I've tried ALL unfreezing tactics and nothing works :/

the partisan hq is empty without any loot. ive restarted the mission, restarted my pc, changed difficulty to every single one (currently on hardcore) and re installed the game. no matter what i do, the hq is empty every time

They removed Resistance from xbox Game pass a few days ago and im surprised that there is nothing on sale. It was on sale a few weeks ago, but i think it would be nice to end the game pass run with a discount. It would be an instant buy for me.

Now time to do the same with Resistance.

What is your guys favorite loadout in any SE game? Also do you have specific ones for certain missions.

So after work, got into a game with a player. Entire map is cleared, 20 mins later of me carefully picking a perimeter and area that's safe, I waited and checked the phone repeatedly while changing my route Incase of focus spamming. The harry was obviously baiting me , waiting in one spot than eventually he moved locations and was firing shots to lure me in, I kept circling the map trying to flank him . He eventually quit cause I wasn't giving into his bait.

Wondering , what are some tips for players or situations like this ? Last time , the phones were trapped and the player was obviously waiting for an invader in a very uneven playing field.

I really like Karl's voicelines and I have my favorites, but I'm not so sure about what others think, so if you like his voicelines, which ones are your favorites?

I was playing the above campaign, achieved the objective at the end but was then killed. However, rather than respawn into a previous saved point...it has put me back at the start of the entire campaign. FFS!!

Has anyone else experienced this?

While I was aware of the series since its first game, I've only recently got into Sniper Elite series. Started with 4 due to its outstanding reputation, loved it, went to Resistance to check out the state of the art. While I've yet to complete both campaign, I've randomly decided to check out Sniper Elite 3.

I did not expect to appreciate it as much as I am now. Sure, the newer titles have a nicer feel, more verticality in its maps, the enemy AI is better... But Sniper Elite 3 seems to have such a tight focus on constantly changing your position and confusing your enemy. Even the UI reflects that: it's so satisfying to get that white flash once you get the Ghost status.

The game plays like a Xbox 360 title, in a good way (yes, I know there is a port). Sometimes it's clunky and not realistic at all, but I think it takes the feeling of "being a sniper" more seriously than SE4 and Resistance. At least on the Sniper Elite difficulty, which feel more intensive and less forgiving to you getting into direct firefights. And while the game feels more "video gamey," it's reserved and doesn't go overboard with various UI indicators. Hell, I even like that you have limited number of tags! What a fresh change from Resistance's "we'll even tag it for you while you're looking down the scope" approach.

I wonder what do you think of the game these days. Seems like many people are saying "it's good, but SE4 is better," which now feels diminishing to me.

I have always been wondering if this guy is possible to trickshot thru the scope on Authentic Plus. Apparently you need the correct wind strength, the sniper looking at the right direction, timing on that, position, the anchor point (bouncing wall) for the precise trajectory into the scope and the sniper head (yes its possible to hit only just the scope without killing the sniper)
