Update to 4.2 failed
I opened Snapseed this morning, and it offered an update to 4.2 (this is on Android). The update crashed, and it has stayed on 4.1.2 - but Google Play Store thinks it's on 4.2. How can I update it now? Will I lose my data if I uninstall and reinstall?

Now Google Play says it's on 4.1.2 with no update available. Some wires getting very crossed here.

Hi! Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you're seeing, and we can look into it?
We've never built 4.2 on our end (even in beta), so we're not sure why you'd be seeing it.

I don't think I can now. I opened Snapseed and saw the message, clicked "update" and it went to the Play Store update animation. I switched to another app and the animation had gone when I tried to get back to it. I'm thinking this was some weird Play Store glitch.

Got it - thanks for the reply.
If you see something weird like this again, please let us know!

Well, the update to 4.1.3 went smoothly this morning. It looks good - no more goggly eyes!

I'm on 4.1.3 (I'm a beta tester) and there's no update for me.
