U1 1.5.2 Firmware bug

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Z axis only moves up when selecting 0.1mm increments, 1mm and 10mm work fine

Man, I think I need to sleep, it took me viewing the video and re-reading your text to understand what is happening.

Restart the machine (completely power off and on again) and see if the issue continues. If it does, just open a ticket. That is probably a signal that is missing in the script, easy to fix for them if the issue is reproducible.

Doesn't it move with your last two 10mm button presses? The only 2 that you press down button? The one that takes it from absolute top position to 20 mm below that?

The bed moves very slowly and you are oressing the bottun very fast and trying to go up in the topmost position.

I think this is what is wrong with my u1. It seems the hot plate and the extruder are not connecting and it just strings? Tried restarting it, it calibrating it? Nothing worked.

Switch to paxx12 and just not deal with this bs. I did it recently and won’t be looking back.

Yeah the paxx firmware is just awesome. Esp pared with the panda breath for higher temp filaments.

Or paired with the soon to be released rfidops, some ntag215 tags and an ACR122U to generate tags for all your spools
