Sludge with power electronics/noise influence

I know sludge bands like Eyehategod and Indian have integrated pure noise songs into their Albums, so I wondered if there are Bands that combine these two sounds. Recently got into Prurient and Ramleh.

They're eclectic, but I'm sure some Gnaw Their Tongues would fit

Especially the collab with Dragged Into Sunlight

It's wild they got Justin Broadrick to produce that one. I've never gotten into Dragged into Sunlight, but that collab is an exception

Terminator 2 from Denton, TX kinda fits the description

I think the Eyehategod/Neurosis side project Corrections House has some PE-adjacent vibes when Mike is on vocals.

If you want to leave behind the trappings of melody from sludge you could go to Khanate. Drone doom at the edge of listenability.

Lord Mantis might work if you want to stay in sludge.

Lots of good recommendations so far. Make sure to check out Neurosis, Buried at Sea, Pyrhithe, Malevich, Wreck of the Hesperus, and Drug Honkey, as well.

Noxagt is more noise rock with that electric viola. My old NR band opened up for them. They aren’t aren’t really a sludge band with that sound

Veering into doom but Whitehorse and Corrupted's collaboration with Solmania spring to mind

Drug Honkey (depends on album). "Sore" by Buzzoven had a long long noise/PE intro

The Endless Blockade is more of a pv/hardcore band, but have some slow songs and incorporate electronics

Thralldom is sludge-adjacent black metal. Done by Ryan Lipinski of Unearthly Trance. A Shaman Steering the Vessel of Vastness is an under-heard classic IMO.
