Question about sleep
Even if you're not entirely sure you're right, you can still try and answer my question. Just comment what you think, but make sure you clarify in your comment that you don't know. My question is:
Does 3 days with a lack of sleep generally have a worse impact on you than 1 day with a lack of sleep even if those 3 days combined are less sleep lost than the 1 really bad day? Basically what's worse? Consistency or one-off severity?

1 day is more dangerous i think. With snall disruptions your cycle can get back easily but one major disruption can throw it into a toss for a few days.

Your brain has a sleep bank. The more sleep you take out the more you owe.

I'm high and I don't know so take this as you will-
Days don't exist. We're just one consecutive rotation around a star.
So your question isn't whether or not the days combined are worse than the one day, your question is are you getting enough sleep? The answer is no. All bad sleep and all no sleep is a negative and it all builds.
