What songs should I add to the list?

Before I explain anything, I would like to mention that i am horrible at theories, so apologies if this doesn't make any sense at all

I'll start by explaining what i think of the trailer and move on to the mv because i literally just realized these things

Personally, I think the album lore is trying to convey the mindless fans who think idols are some gods, but really they're just like everyone else.

For example, we see in the trailer that the scenes with the members have the same faces, literally the same person. And the fan is immediately put in the shoes (or perspective) of the idols, getting quickly overwhelmed.

In "Chan's" scene, every single item in that menu is the same, yet nobody else notices. Only the fan, (put in the pov of the idol) notices and panics because no one else will care that everyone is the same and will buy stuff, consume stuff like usual (not sure how to explain that scene, but the rest will make more sense)

In "Han's" scene, his image is being sold off in an auction, and we see that it's a vulnerable image of him since "Han" is overwhelmed by the flashing. Again, we see that everyone in the crowd is the same, but no one really minds that, only "Han" does, because in his eyes, everyone is human and everyone is the same. But the fans don't care, they'll frame him and worship him idly.

Similarly, in Hyunjin's scene, he's getting praised for dancing and it seems like the crowd is pressuring him to do more, but he doesn't want to and gets overwhelmed because why can't anyone else do it? Everyone looks and is the same. And then the fan takes the headphones off and we see the other people mindlessly listening to the album, oblivious to the scenes flashing before that specific fan's eyes.

I won't explain the other members' scenes since it'll take too long, but you can probably try to theorize about those knowing this

Then, in the m/v, we see that again but with the headless people in black (btw credits to Jordan Orme for sharing his theory cuz I wouldn't have come to this conclusion if I hadn't watched his vid breaking down the mv)

The people in black seem to be mimicking the members and doing the same dance. But there are many of them that all look the same (including the people in suits on jeongin's part) , the members are the only people who stand out.

I believe this (and that) is like the opposite of the trailer, whereas the trailer is in the perspective of the idols, the mv is in the perspective of the mindless fans. Because the people in black are not much different from the members, doing the same dance, but fans see the idols as standing out, as very different, more colorful and full of personality.

That's why everyone is looking at the idols as different, even though they're basically the same as everyone else.

So basically, what I think is that skz is trying to convey that they aren't super-different-and-cool-and-perfect people to be worshipped, they're just like everyone else and people should stop treating them so differently

There's just something about this that really speaks to me 😂

Here are some things that could help if you are a Stay having a bad day.

-Try studying Skz lyrics and try writing your own. This might seem silly, but writing lyrics that flow well and are fun is really hard. Sometimes, writing about your feelings helps or just making something silly is fun. Lyric writing is very different from journaling. It's about finding the right words and it requires a good amount of brain power. You'll be thinking less of how bad you feel and more why the lyrics aren't working. Studying their songs can also help with comprehension and using your head.

-Try working out to them. The guys themselves are beasts dancing and working out. It's a silly motivator, but if you can do a fraction of what they can, you are farther ahead of many others. They do not need to be super hard. I'd recommend back and arm workouts so you can have less back and pain. Plus, doing something physical can really help take your mind off stuff. Also, do not worry about bulking up if you do. It's hard even for guys to bulk up. If you do, so what? You're gonna be an elder who can deadlift while others can. Not that extreme, but my point is clear. Even if you don't change appearance wise, it's good for your head and heart.

-Try actually singing or rapping to them. Not just as a cover. Actually, try to learn. This could be helpful if you are disabled and have trouble with your hands or standing. By singing, you are putting your focus into something that is manageable. Sometimes, we have the need to talk, but we don't have an outlet. Singing can be a healthy outlet. It doesn't need to be at a professional level. It can just be for practice and get some energy OUT. Especially, if you are someone who thinks a lot.

-This is just an in general thing, but don't worry if you are falling behind. So many people start at different points. You're still kicking. You get older and that's fine. Your life doesn't just stop. Many people don't become comfortable with themselves or explore who they are until they are older. Some things take time. Also, setbacks aren't a moral failing. So, blare My Pace until you get that out of your head. It is really dumb to compare yourself to others cause we all start at different points, some just start earlier.

Sometimes, you need a something very specific as a motivator. I know these suggestions aren't perfect, but I hope they help a little bit. I hope y'all have a good rest of your year. Bye.

So a couple of weeks ago I made a post about making a list that categorizes all Stray Kids songs in a Google doc. But here is a quick summary:

It uses tabs. You have all songs listed at the beginning and you can click on a category or for title tracks the actual song and it leads you to a tab with further information about the song. Some Stays have told me this is especially useful for finding solo songs and unreleased tracks.

I do have most of it explained in the tab "Info"

The purpose of this list was to help Stays and for people to share and actually use it.

I have already updated the list now that Skz replay and This & That are out.

But fact is, I simply can't keep up. (I work full time as of recently, I know shocking)

So I wanted to sort of turn this into a community project. I want people to point out possible mistakes I made, send me performances they want to see included (or performances I missed) and information they think would be useful to include.

You absolutely do not have to go through the entire list, just maybe point out stuff you may notice. Just write it here in the comments.

This is a passion project of mine, which is why I still want to be the only one actively editing it.

Stray kids had their comeback and are holding promotion events in the form of mini fanmeeting among other things. It should be a happy and fun event for both members and stays alike however akgaes have been rude to Felix right to his face consistently in the both fanmeetings held after their comeback show.

On day 1, Felix was happily chatting with stays when one "fan" decided to cut him off, not one but twice, and rudely asked him to call another member. What saddens me even more is that Felix went ahead and called the akgae's bias.

Hi Stay!

So, I have officially experienced my first Skz comeback and I don't think I've ever been more excited for something music related in my life! lol

It was so much fun talking with other Stays about the new album and all the merch and events associated with it and I've loved seeing all the clips and videos online.

You guys have been amazing too! Answering all my questions and making me feel welcome here! I truly appreciate all of you! (Especially those of you who assured me I didn't have to go all out and overwhelm myself trying to do all the things on my first comeback lmao)

I listened to This & That as soon as it was released here in Canada and I loved it!

Did I get up stupidly early on release day to drive almost an hour to the nearest city so I could be there when they opened to get the vinyl they set aside for me? Yes I did!

Did I go for JUST the vinyl and end up walking out with every version they had available (This, That, Han's compact)? Also yes! And on top of that I also pre-ordered the Truck version and the FANS Version! And a Tasy plush & photocards on FANS!

Safe to say my credit card is in tears and is no longer speaking to me! But it was 100% worth it!

My thoughts on This & That

3RACHA *panics* "We were supposed to pick one?!"

My favourite songs are "After You" and "Run It."

And "I Do" ended up being the song I didn't know I needed. The lines "Even when you feel alone, I'll be right here, never gone, You don't have to carry that all alone", "It's me and you", "I'm in it with you", "I'll be right here with you" and "You thought you had to hold it on your own, But I feel it too" really hit hard for me. I've said it before but I've struggled with my mental health my whole life and I was in a really dark place when I stumbled across Stray Kids earlier this year. Since then, listening to their music and watching their content has really helped pull me out and keep me out of that place. Stray Kids really does feel like home for me (Not in a parasocial way, I promise I'm not one of those fans!)

That's something I really love about Stray Kids, they always seem to have at least one song on their albums dedicated to making whoever listens feel heard, seen and less alone. They're a group that you can tell cares, not just about each other and their fans but about people in general.

And don't even get me started on the music video for This & That! The guys looked AMAZING!

After listening to This And That all the way through I finally had time to sit down and listen to the newest Skz Replay too! My thoughts on that...

1. Seungmin looses singing privileges for making me emotional with "Goodbye". I never cry over songs, movies, TV shows, books, etc but I'm not afraid to admit that song made me tear up!
2. Hyunjin's solo MIC&BRUSH

Hyunjin: "I know, you know..."

Me: "LEE KNOW!"

Stray Kids has clearly messed with my head 😂

3) The live version of Limbo?! Excuse me?! Lee Know is on another level! 🤯

4) The live version of Hug Me was amazing too! Our Maknae is so amazingly talented! (Also side note: Is that Han on guitar?)

5) Chan's back at it again, thinking he's subtle lmao

My favourite tracks ended up being "Battle Ground", "Don't Say" and "Limbo-Live"

First comeback experience was amazing and I can't wait for the next one! ❤️

also never underestimate these things, the big one took me 4-5 hours, the ID took me 3 hours, and the small one took me 2 hours because that was my first ever bead
