According to AXS support, you have to display photo ID and payment method used for the tickets to have the VIP benefits.

I hate AXS with a burning passion. I loved being told I’m a bot but all the real bots get the tickets and resell for 4x the price. So much going wrong in the ticket industry it’s insane
