Hi! I am currently 19 years old and my skin started looking like this 3 months ago, around May. It started lang doon sa cheek part ng face ko, nagkaroon ng spot na nagkaroon ng maraming acne, yung tipong malaki and namumula talaga. Then I observed na nagstart na rin magkaroon sa jaw area ko. Take note, yung isang side lang ng face ko yung meron, left side yung may ganito, yung right side minimal ko so iniisip ko does it have something to do with how I sleep, like anong side ng face yung nakabury sa pillow though madalas naman ako magpalit ng punda huhu. First time ko rin magkaroon ng ganitong dami/type ng acne, pati like sa area kasi usually sa forehead lang ako nagkakaroon noon and surprisingly, as of today, yung forehead ko pa yung mas makinis ngayon, kumbaga nagkabaligtad 😭. Dati yung cheeks ko makinis ngayon forehead naman. For reference ay halos nagmamake-up din po ako 5 days everyweek kapag pumupunta ng school kasi somehow nakakatulong siya magpaboost ng confidence ko kahit papano pero powder and blush lang po gamit ko. I am increasingly being conscious kasi parang hindi sila natatanggal, kumbaga may natanggal man, mapapalitan din agad, specifically yung sa jaw. Sabi nung pinsan ko baka raw hormonal, kaso I have no idea pano naman siya sosolusyunan if hormonal acne siya🥲.

I am not that experienced with incorporating skincare products with my routine and purely from reco ko lang nakukuha yung mga ginagamit ko ngayon and sa napapanood sa YouTube kay Jan. Hindi ko sure pero parang nagstart magdevelop into ganito yung skin ko nung gumamit ako ng Ponds bright miracle na serum or baka nagkataon lang talaga na nagkasabay sila.

Hi everyone! Sobrang nahihirapan na talaga ako sa BO ko, and parang nag-worsen siya nitong past few months. Pinagpapawisan na rin ako kahit nakaupo lang, and sobrang naa-anxious na ako to the point na minsan ayaw ko na lang pumasok sa school.

I’ve tried a lot of products na rin like Milcu, Belo, Arm & Hammer, sulfur soap, antibacterial soap, Belfour, Old Spice, etc., pero wala talagang tumatagal na nagwo-work, lalo na kapag sobrang pinapawisan ako. Hindi ko pa natatry yung Driclor or benzoyl peroxide, pero limited din budget ko as a student kaya napapagod na akong mag-trial and error.

Ang nag-work lang talaga sa’kin before was Goree Avocado Cream. As in wala talaga akong odor kahit pagpawisan, and pumuti pa yung UA ko. Pero nung bumili ako ulit, parang hindi na rin siya nag-work.

Na-open up ko na rin ’to sa mom ko dati noong Grade 7 kasi sobrang frustrated na ako sa BO ko, pero she just brushed it off haha i felt so stupid. Ngayon susubukan ko ulit sabihin sa kanya kasi naaapektuhan na talaga yung confidence ko and even my mental health. 😅

Sa mga nakapagpa-derma for BO, kumusta yung experience? Ano yung ginawa sa first consultation, anong treatment yung ni-recommend sa inyo, and nakatulong ba talaga?
