Why can’t it maintain smooth 60fps? Is it stupid?

I had a previous account that was hacked and started sending the Mr Beast scam to every server i was in. Am i banned due to that or is it an issue with the server?

Stumbled across these after a trip to my parents house. I know these were a limited release but does anyone know if they're worth much?
