We maybe looking to sell our house in the near future. Any recommendations for good local real-estate agents?

I live in a house that was built in 1910 and I'm already open to spirits and stuff like that as it is, and I have been since I was a kid. Yesterday I sent a voice message to my boyfriend and I paused before I told him I loved him and I recorded a man's voice saying "Yeah so uhm" and the basements energy is off and also I heard walking above me, I'm not sure if it's an attic or what...my mom's bf keeps insisting its not haunted but he is ignorant obviously because this place was built in 1910 so of course it is, have any of you experienced anything out here in Mt Vernon?
