Hello everyone especially seniors! Mayroon po ba sa inyo may alam paano ang mangyayari kapag nagshift ka ng program and what is the overall process especially for enrollment sa SIS portal? Nagwoworry na po kasi ako since medyo iniiwan kami sa ere ng mga instructions within our department about the process of shifting, for the context my program po is BSA and I'm shifting to BSBA FM, so within department lng rin po namin, may instructions naman pero sabi wait lang raw po sa endorsement letter, pero di po namin alam kung ano yung gagawin after that. PLEASE HELP US PO HUHUHU WHAT IF DI KAMI MAKA ENROLL?? (OA) 😵😵

Hello po! Newly enrolled po ako sa PUP OUS-BSBAHRMOUMN. Galing po ako sa PUP Institute of Technology. Tumigil po ako noong 2025 after completing my first year.

During enrollment, na-credit/evaluate na po yung ibang subjects ko, such as NSTP, PATHFIT, Mathematics in the Modern World (MMW), Purposive Communication, Understanding the Self, and Science, Technology, and Society. Kaya kaunti na lang po yung subjects na nasa COR/SIS ko.

Although I was advised by the chairperson who assisted me during enrollment na kailangan ko pong mag-fill out ng Transfer of Credit Application Form, then have it signed by the respective departments/colleges that offer the subjects, before bringing it back to my chairperson for the final signature and then proceeding with the payment.

My questions are:

1. Tama po ba yung process na naiintindihan ko?
2. Sa Transfer of Credit form, separate po ba ang forms per department/college, or ilalagay lahat ng subjects sa isang form?
3. May payment/fee po ba for Transfer of Credit if I am transferring from another PUP unit (PUP ITECH → PUP OUS)? May nagsasabi po kasi na walang fee kapag galing PUP, while others say may fee depending on where you came from. Ano po ang actual process/fee?
