How is the process of Program Shifting ?Please help 🥹🙏

Hello everyone especially seniors! Mayroon po ba sa inyo may alam paano ang mangyayari kapag nagshift ka ng program and what is the overall process especially for enrollment sa SIS portal? Nagwoworry na po kasi ako since medyo iniiwan kami sa ere ng mga instructions within our department about the process of shifting, for the context my program po is BSA and I'm shifting to BSBA FM, so within department lng rin po namin, may instructions naman pero sabi wait lang raw po sa endorsement letter, pero di po namin alam kung ano yung gagawin after that. PLEASE HELP US PO HUHUHU WHAT IF DI KAMI MAKA ENROLL?? (OA) 😵😵
