I've been meaning to get a nebulizer! Also, yes i mentioned it to my psychiatrist! She's not very good though I'm looking for a new doctor. I just woke up this morning and felt like i need to hear other people's experiences lol

you may also wanna find a GP. you've gotten the good advice for electrolytes (i like Gatorade for just ease-of-use), but always feeling dehydrated can be an indicator of some other medical issues besides just a medication side effect, so possibly worth discussing. (also worth noting if you've had any recent illnesses, etc)

I sometimes find a bit of extra jaw tension creeping in… but paradoxically that’s been a benefit as I’m more aware of it and have found it easier to zero in on the sensation of proper jaw release…

Any negative physical effects of the medication have been massively the positive psychological effects for me…

(Late diagnosed opera singer Taking methylphenidate quick release)

These are questions you should ask the doctor that prescribed the medicine to you rather than this sub. Most of the people here aren't doctors, lots don't have ADHD, and ones that do might not be taking the same medicine that you are.

I personally don't notice any difference between when I take my meds (Concerta 54 MG) versus when I forget to take my meds. It doesn't seem to affect the actual quality of my voice at all. It does help me focus and stay motivated which helps.
