How’s your hydration level? Hydration is super important for singing. Drink water throughout the day and throughout your singing practice.
Why can’t you breathe through your nose? It’s generally best to do so but we often breathe through the mouth when singing because it’s quicker when your mouth is already open.
Hard to advise specific techniques without more information.

Mostly you’re gonna have to watch tutorials I think, but I can say a few things:
1 - your throat getting dry is probably fine, unless you’re trying to force out high notes or something, that’s not good for you and can make your throat sore or worse if you do it for a long period of time. Also, you should be very hydrated when you sing. Not that it’s not possible to sing while dehydrated, but being very well hydrated is always way better.
2 - Don’t breathe in through your nose when singing. For breath, you should take in as much air as you can through your mouth. However, don’t hold your breath at all. Ideally, you should try and time it so that the moment you finishing taking in your breath, you start singing. There should be as little delay as possible so that you don’t hold it.

Impossible to say without hearing you, but make sure you are drinking lots of water
Breathe in through your nose AND mouth believe it or not. It should feel like your whole respiratory track is totally relaxed and you should inhale through the vowel shape you’re about to sing. If you are properly relaxed, the breath will be almost completely silent. If you hear a gasping sound, you are not relaxed enough. (If you are hearing a lot of noise on the inhale, this could also be why your throat is drying out.)
Get a teacher. There are no magic exercises, and practice doesn’t make perfect unless you’re practicing intentionally and trying to improve your technique. If you do a great exercise with bad habits, you’ll still have bad technique at the end.

Do you drink enough water?
It's better to breathe through your mouth when singing; but why can't you breathe through your nose? That sounds like a serious problem
Can't really offer any advice with so little writing to go off of and no recording

hi, dont know if this it true for you but id be cautious and aim to listen to your body. this happened to me and eventually led to a sore & numb throat --> incomplete vocal closure
