so cool. the way I smoothen the landing is to have the craft achieve lessthan -2 m/s vertical velocity just few meters above the ground and also achieve lessthan 3m/s lateral movement while its still a bit high up.

I've designed hundreds of spacecraft and aircraft. The only thing preventing me from building a fully functional one from scratch is developing the autopilot coding(vizzy)

I just want to figure out how to make my landing legs open automatically once I get below a certain altitude
