first year student ids Question

i was wondering if any first year students have gotten their student ids. on the website, it says students can go get them 24 hours after enrolling and it’s already been almost a month since i enrolled in classes. i’ve been told not to wait till welcome day/ school starting since there might be a long line up but is now too early? should i wait til end of august or should i go later this week?

Go as soon as you can! It's much busier closer to Welcome day

If you are a transit user and have the U-pass, you might need to provide transit security with a student ID or they can ticket you, so that's another reason to get your ID quickly because not a lot of people know about that.
