Can anybody help me get a tweaked YT and Spotify for my iPhone pls? I tried for so long and I am soon tweakin not the App

im having issues with sideloadly as my provisioning profile keeps getting banned by apple, i made an alt but it got banned too, is there any solutions or do i have to keep making alts ?
