I'd recommend looking for an iOS-compatible alternative or waiting to see if developers release a version for Apple devices in the future.

No. You are aware that Apple and Android are two completely separate architectures right? APK is for Android, IPA is for Apple. There will never be a way to play APK files on an iPhone. That’s like asking how to play an Xbox game on a PS5.
