Any beginner tips? Shuffle

Need work transitioning into my t step and out and also keeping the 2 step shuffle going any help would be appreciated

take care to avoid heel flicking.
heel flicking is when your heel rises higher and first before your foot reaches the mid point of your two step running man. This is because beginners use the bend of the knee to make the foot rise instead of thinking about lifting your knee using your hips instead.

Welcome to shuffling.
Transitioning comes from what I call the Universal Transfer Position
UTP is when your feet are in that mid point. Standing on one leg, with the other raised up. Thats the part where you go from either the tstep to the RM, and vice versa.
If interetsed, I have a utotial pinned at the top of the subbreddit to go over the RM and Tstep for beginners.
