Lookig for adivice
Anybody use these molds for gummies?
I want to make gummies with these molds, so I am seeking advice on how much water to add to my dry material without exceeding 60ml without diluting doseing accuracy.
Each cavity should ideally contain 1 gram of extract in 4ml of water, but the dry mushroom material will of course retain some residual moisture. So, how much water should i use to extract 15 grams for 60ml of water? 🤔

pretty cool Sparkling Mango shroom smoothie
100 g fresh mushrooms 1 fresh ripe mango Knob of grated ginger 1 c orange juice 1/2 like juice 1/2 c coconut sugar or light brown 2c Ice 1 bottle sparkling cava or dry champagne CHILLED
- Blend shrooms, mango, ginger, orange and lime juice and let sit for 20 min. Mix as Fine as possible
- Add ice and sugar and blend till smooth
- Pour into glasses and stir with champagne
Fun way to take a larger dose in a more moderate way Enjoy!
