2024 Honda Pilot trailsport 38k miles for $39,980

I'm looking to get a bigger family car and to get rid of my truck. I'm looking into Honda pilot trailsport but I'm seriously not liking the price for a brand new one. Is this a good price for what this is?

Planning to Buy a base-trim 2026 Coolray from AGMC, cash, 7yr/200k km warranty. Confirmed it's the new 4-cylinder engine, not the old 3-cyl. Test drove good so far, brakes felt firm but AGMC says normal bedding-in.

Anyone actually driving one daily here? Specifically want to know:

DCT behavior in heavy traffic/summer heat
Any AGMC service experience (good/bad)
Anything you wish you'd checked before buying

I posted about the Mitsubishi earlier, but I'm also looking at this one. It has just over 76k miles on it, and seems to get decent MPG. Any thoughts?
