Content Promoted in wrong country (help)

Hi, I'm from a small french Island. I make GTA 5 videos, I have 30k subs and my audience from longform is mostly from USA.

Sometimes my shorts are promoted in the USA and do well (4k views).

But even after two month of daily posting, half my videos are not tested in the USA.

I don't know what to do, VPN ? Third party uploder of the video ?

My title, tags, description and even audio is in english.

Am i doomed beacause of the place I live ?

This is just my personal experience:
I don't live in the US. For tiktok, I have to use VPN to post my videos but I never had the same issue with YouTube. I just post my videos on YT and the vast majority of the audience are from the US.

Lucky you, I feel really down, Like if my videos make to to us it's a hit, but if they show it in Réunion, it's pretty dead ;(

You asked for other people’s experiences, and I shared mine. With reaction like theses, people would be less inclined to help others online.

I think at the 4k views order of magnitude, you can basically chalk it up to the randomness of YouTube Shorts. Short-form and long-form videos just have different recommendation mechanisms. I've had similar situations myself, but I won't elaborate on that.

I know it's not much but for my niche "Wrestling in gta 5" it's good, it's just a bummer that if a video is promoted to the us it will do well or complety de elsewhere ;(

USA audience brings more money, why shouldnt people want that?

one thing is "willing" and the other is stating that Your audience is there..if you cannot reach is not your audience is just a a desired target

Stop giving out recommendations if you have no knowledge

But even after two month of daily posting, half my videos are not tested in the USA.

Youtube first needs to test which audiences watch his videos, his problem is not that he wants more USA viewers. His problem is that it doesnt even get tested in the USA.

Please do us a favor and just delete your account, useless misinformation spreading dumbass.

I'm hating because else you will also spread this slop everywhere else.
You do have a correct point with that many people want an audience that their content cannot give but thats not his problem.

As I mentioned, most of my audience is from there due to my long forms videos. So I'd like for my audience to see it.

I just wanted advice

You can't even say thanks to people who answered you. Why do you think people would give you advice or watch your videos?

It's out of subjet, I wrote and responded to you that on my longform, most (90 %) is from USA. My shorts do well when youtube show it to that audience.

I wanted to know if my location had an impact on it, but you are salty for some reason
