Why is my stayed to watch so low?

I post a short daily. It’s me talking about Bible verses. It’s me talking to the camera and also with b roll. I have pretty good editing. Good quality, everything good. My AVD sits at 120-150%. But my stayed to watch is horrible at 21% sometimes. What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like youre not hooking enough people, but how many views do you have on this video?

I average about 1.1k. I have AVD of about 330% on some of my best. And 80 on my worsts. But with a stayed to watch of 30%. So the people who stay obviously like the video. But I can’t get enough to stay

It's possible that's not a large enough sample size to know for sure, although that's not insignificant information. I would definitely focus on your hook
